Listening to Anger

Exploring when & how to express anger in a helpful way

The workshop explores the purpose of anger and how it moves in the body. Anger is the mid point on a continuum of annoyance, frustration, anger, rage and fury. There will be exercises in a safe setting that will playfully "give the feel" for how anger moves. We all received early messages that blocked the expression of anger. These blocks lead to acting out anger in ways which wound self and the other person.

The afternoon will look at how to soften the anger blocks and then develop ways to use anger creatively. The basic theme in the workshop is to become familiar with the wisdom of the body so we can use it in the task of honouring both self and the other person. An open heart for both!
